Who We Are and What We Do
Pavilion Consulting successfully helps independent physicians set up solo and/or independent group practices using a comprehensive approach that enables physicians to concentrate on caring for patients while we concentrate on caring for your practice.
Pavilion Consulting Services is operated by our executive-level team, all of whom have a broad range of experiences in managing all aspects of both establishing a medical practice, and ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly. We offer a complete suite of medical practice executive management services.
Pavilion Consulting Services is prepared to offer a comprehensive, all-inclusive package that will help you establish and manage your medical practice, or an ala cart menu of services that can help you determine, for example, if adding a line of service makes good financial sense. You decide how much or how little we will be involved with your practice.

Our Executive Team
Mimma Cusumano
Director of Finance

Mimma has over 20 years accounting and bookkeeping experience, 10 of which have been dedicated to healthcare finance. She has strong understanding of financial statement preparation, account receivable management, high volume accounts payable processing, banking, inventory controls and project management.
Mimma earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan.
A.J. Fagan
Consultant: Staffing/Human Resources

A.J. has been working at Pavilion Consulting Services since 2021. He began as a Human Resources Assistant, gaining immense knowledge in human resources. Notable skills include extensive knowledge in general HR procedures, unemployment and worker’s compensation issues, Family Medical Leave, policies and procedures, and employee placement and engagement.
A.J. holds degrees in Business and Criminal Justice from St. Clair Community College. He is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Michigan.
Becky Marshall
Senior Consultant: Coding and Billing

Becky has over 30 years of practical experience working in health care, including extensive work with billing offices, insurance carriers, and providers offices. Becky’s experience includes responsibility over coding, compliance, reimbursement, and patient collections. Becky has worked on several practice management systems and is always up to a challenge on learning a new system. Becky is certified CMC, CMIS, CPMA and CMOM.
